1. OUT OF BOUNDS
a) Beyond the boundary of the course
b) Concrete surrounds of the clubhouse and car park.
c) Field to the right of the 3rd fairway
d) On or beyond railway sleepers at path to 1st tee at rear of 9th/18th green
Shelters, seats, huts, wire protection fence at rear of 4th green, poles, railway sleepers (excluding those marking out of bounds).
Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions Rule 24-1.
All paths within the course boundary are integral parts of the course.
4. EMBEDDED BALL
Through the green, a ball that is embedded in its own pitch mark in the ground may be lifted, without penalty, cleaned and dropped as near as possible to where it lay but not nearer the hole. The ball when dropped must first strike a part of the course through the green.
1. A player may not take relief under this local rule in an area that is not closely mown.
2. A player may not take relief under this local rule if it is clearly unreasonable for him to make a stroke because of interference by anything other than the condition covered by this local rule.
Play is prohibited from ground under repair. If a player’s ball lies in the area , or it interferes with the player’s stance or the area of their intended swing, the player must take relief under Rule 25-1.
